Have you thought about building a new home?  Whether it is an inventory home with a builder or a custom home, it is still important to have the assistance of a Realtor along the way.  Many builders are sending us inventory and specials regularly.  We would love to share current discounts and specials with you.  Sometimes it is price decreases from mls prices, sometimes it is lending incentives, and sometimes it is money towards upgrades, closing costs, or money you can use towards your choice of incentives or price.  

We work with local builders regularly.  We can set up a showing tour for any of the local communities or custom builders.  One additional tool we have is to pull the sold data from the MLS to see what the builders sold data looks like.  For instance, are they negotiating at all or are they negotiating a lot?
