In 2021, tired of working for the man, Steve set off to do what he loves the most — BBQ! Soon after, Pam and Adam joined him in this venture, and with a family naming contest, Smo'Cain BBQ was born. Settled on Rayford in November 2023, we’ve been proudly serving our local and expanding community of BBQ lovers ever since.
But we don’t just cater to BBQ purists — while smoked meats are our specialty, we offer something for everyone! From mouth-watering brisket sandwiches to unique brisket egg rolls, you’re sure to find something that hits the spot.
